Shipping & Delivery
Nicki Harris Studio is based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and ships original artwork throughout Australia.
Every piece is carefully packaged and the most suitable delivery method is selected based on the size of the artwork and its destination.
Standard Artwork Delivery
Original artworks up to and including approximately 32 × 32 inches (81 × 81 cm) are generally shipped within Australia using Australia Post.
Artwork is securely packaged for transport and sent with tracking.
Where appropriate, additional insurance and signature-on-delivery services may be arranged for higher-value original artworks.
Large & Oversized Artwork
Larger artworks, including works 36 × 36 inches and above, are generally transported using a specialist art courier, Logiart.
Logiart services many locations along Australia’s east coast, including:
Queensland
Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.
New South Wales
Byron Bay, Coffs Harbour, Sydney, Batemans Bay, Bowral, Wollongong, Wagga Wagga, Albury and locations along their regular transport route.
Australian Capital Territory
Canberra.
Victoria
Melbourne and surrounding bay areas from Sorrento through to Queenscliff and Geelong, as well as Torquay, Daylesford, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton and Castlemaine.
Availability may depend on your exact postcode and proximity to the courier’s regular route.
Logiart generally travels this route twice per month, with one service during the second half of January.
Once your artwork has been booked for transport, an estimated delivery window will be provided. Logiart will contact you directly approximately one to two days before delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time.
For security reasons, Logiart does not provide traditional parcel tracking numbers.
Large & Oversized Artwork for locations outside regular courier networks
If you live outside the regular Logiart delivery area, don’t worry — this does not necessarily mean the artwork cannot be delivered to you.
Nicki Harris Studio will obtain a quote from an alternative specialist art courier or suitable freight provider based on your location and the size of the artwork.
For these deliveries, the first $300 of shipping is covered by Nicki Harris Studio.
If the delivery quote exceeds $300, you will only be responsible for the difference.
For example, if specialist delivery to your location costs $480:
Nicki Harris Studio contributes $300
Additional shipping payable by you: $180
You will always be advised of the delivery cost before proceeding.
For locations requiring an individual shipping quote, you will be sent an invoice containing the artwork price plus any additional shipping amount.
Before Purchasing a Large Artwork

I will happily confirm the available delivery options before you purchase.
Packaging
Every original artwork is carefully prepared and securely packaged before leaving the studio.
Packaging methods vary depending on the artwork size and delivery method and may include protective surface wrapping, corner protection, cushioning and heavy-duty outer packaging.
Specialist courier artworks are prepared in accordance with the courier’s transport requirements.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the size of the artwork, destination and courier availability.
Australia Post orders will generally be dispatched as soon as the artwork has been fully prepared and packaged.
Large artworks travelling by specialist art courier may have a longer delivery timeframe because specialist artwork transport operates on scheduled routes rather than daily parcel delivery services.
You will be kept informed of the expected collection and delivery window once your artwork has been booked.
Delivery
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
For specialist art courier deliveries, a phone number is required so that the courier can contact you to arrange delivery.
